My name is Landon Holley. I’m a 23-year-old former network administrator who is vigorously pursuing martial arts and world travel. I hail from the small town of Beckley, West Virginia — a town with relatively few choices in the way of martial arts training. I’ve practiced Shotokan Karate for 2+ years, Muay Thai for 6 months, and am currently in Phuket, Thailand, to further train Muay Thai. I’m able to immerse myself in an alien culture, explore a new land, and train with some of the best fighters in Thailand.
The universe is a pretty big place. Since I can’t explore it all (for the time being) I’ll at least expore as much of this rock as I can. This blog will document my journeys to Thailand and wherever else I might visit in the future.
